Does the park sell photos?

Spread all over this enormous Tulum water park, you'll find photo cameras that will take pictures of you as you explore the park. While you're more than welcome to bring your camera, you can rest assured that there will be pictures of you on the water slides, the zip lines, while exploring the caves, etc. Pictures are sold as a package in the park's photo kiosk.

What does my Xel-ha ticket include?

Your booking includes: Unlimited acess to the park's basic rides and services, including continental breakfast, buffet lunch, non-alcoholic drinks, wi-fi, domestic open bar, and safety equipment. Photos, and special rides & events, aren't included.

What kind of activities can I do at Xel-ha?

Free activities are included on your park admission and include, but aren't limited to: Snorkeling, river floating, scenic lighthouse visits, waterslide rides, ziplines, and buffet; Paid activities need to be booked in advance and include: SeaTrek walking, swim with dolphins, speedboat rides, cenote snuba diving, zip bikes, manatee & stingray encounters, and spa services.

What should I bring to Xel-Ha?

Most of your needs will be covered by your booking. However, you should make sure to bring: Comfortable clothes, swimsuit, water shoes, towel, an extra change of clothes, biodegradable sunscreen and cash or credit card for purchases. You should also bring printed proof of purchase of this booking and any extras you might've paid for.
