What is the cancellation policy for the tour?

All tours are refundable if cancelled 24+ hours in advance of the excursion start time. If booking with 5% down using "Book Now, Pay Later" the 5% is non-refundable under all circumstances. If your ship doesn't dock in Costa Maya you will be refunded as well.

Is the beach accessible for those with mobility issues?

Yes, the beach is accessible for those with mobility issues or visiting in a wheelchair. We have beach chairs and umbrellas available, as well as ramps and accessible facilities.

How long is the massage?

The massage(for adults only) lasts for 30 minutes with professional therapists.

Is there a time limit on how long I can stay?
