Day 1 begins with an early start to visit the historical Mayan ruins at Chichen Itza. Though you might bea little slow to wake up for a 5:00am start, you'll soon thank yourself when you are standing in the presence of one of the Seven Wonders of the World. We'll beat the heat of the day and manage to avoid the most popular times of day for tourists so that you can really soak in the wonder of the Mayan civilitation and these structures which date 1,500 years.
A Mexican buffet lunch is served with the option to purchase drinks, capping off an amazing morning before the approximate 2.5 hour transfer back to the Cancun area.
Get ready for Day 2 on the water! You'll board one of our catamarans for the 8-mile journey to stunning Isla Mujeres. Upon arrival to the beachside destination, provided snorkeling equipment offers you the opportunity to explore some amazing Caribbean reefs. Put your feet in the sand and enjoy the provided meal and open bar. Free time at Isla Mujeres offers fantastic shopping opportunities at the Isla's "Centro" or downtown market area.
